There is nothing we love more than seeing or hearing about the successes of past pupils.
Bethany started Betty’s Ice cream in July 2021 at the age of 21. From then, it has gone from strength to strength.
Betty's is now producing 25 different varieties of ice cream as well as 5 flavours of dairy free sorbet. The specialty range includes some unusual flavours including dragonfruit and brown lemonade but there are plenty of old favorite's including honeycomb and mint choc chip.
Betty’s has added other ice cream items to their portfolio and are now offering ice cream cakes and cookie sandwiches.
In 2022, Betty’s started working with farmers across Northern Ireland, using their milk to make ice cream that would then be sold on their own vending sites. The closest places to Rathfriland being Weirs Farm, Rathfriland or Ballydown Milk, Banbridge.
