The Year 12 RE GCSE class played a Fairtrade game. Each group took on different roles. Some represented independent cocoa farmers, fair-trade cocoa farmers, the big chocolate companies, shoppers, supermarkets and journalists. Here they learnt the different roles that each part plays and how vital it is for the farmers get a fair price for their goods so this can be invested in their families and local communities through education and healthcare.
